Tentang Bulan The Series (2008)
One of Metrowealth’s earlier films – Ahmad Idham’s "Tentang Bulan" – now receives the TV treatment as production of a 26-episode spin-off is already underway, with its tentative premiere being 28 April 2008 on Astro Prima.
According to film producer Mr David Teo: "The original 2006 movie was well received – so that’s why we went ahead with the decision to make a TV series based on it. Most of the child cast are much older now so we can’t use them anymore. However, 11-year-old Nasir, or Ketot as he is known in the film, is still around from the old gang." He was speaking at the launching and prayer session for the film production at Lemon Restaurant, The Mines on 14 February 2008. <CinemaOnline>
