Prison Break 1×14 leaked out!!
The latest episode for this hit show was leaked today (three days early from it’s original schedule). Although the qualoty is not as good as hdtv but it is worth since we have to wait for three months for this to come out. I’ve already seen it and for me it’s not enough and I still have to wait one week for another episode. urghhhh. I would rate it 10 out of 10 (for the episode).

I don’t know why people always despise windows. Everytime they come out with something new people will definitely bring it down. Do they even realize that windows has the biggest worldwide sale? compare to crappy apple. What apple did was to invent something call ipod then they become the best. come on be realistic they only invent one thing make make further innovation out of it, big deal. Still they are not even better tahn windows. Take a look the latest apple announcement, was it worth all the hype before totally not.
They just said, oo by the way we just invented this very cool leather cover for ipod (hmm very sexy) and this new ipod speaker plzz throw away your thousand dollars hi fi sets and buy this one instead. Come on be realistic. What i don’t know why i say this but one thing for sure i’m not bias..

My question is to those who might be familiar with his work and have incorporated it into their everyday life: How do you find ‘Flow’ in the more mundane, routine things of daily existence? Like a boring commute or doing the dishes, or household work. Anything that doesn’t excite you but must be done again and again almost daily? How to structure them so that one can achieve ‘optimal experiences’ even from the most inane tasks?

Flow in one’s life is always an interesting subject. Myself also don’t really know what it means. Maybe finding what you’re good at and be great at it. I guess. This article is great about explaining what flow is all about
Csikszentmihalyi’s groundbreaking book on the subject, Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience (Harper & Row Publishers Inc., 1990), has been lauded by such heavyweights as Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, and Jimmy Johnson, who credited it with helping him coach the Dallas Cowboys to a Super Bowl win in 1993. Yet although the quest for flow immediately resonated with the sporting and leisure worlds, the concept never got much traction in business, possibly because ecstasy and the workplace go together about as well as tomatoes and chocolate.

After the my cover broke off my Cruzer 512 MB USB drive, I decided to fashion my own case. I saw several ideas floating around on the internet such as cases made of Lego, pez dispensers, and and even a Barbie doll. I cast the USB stick in clear casting resin used to make paperweights out of scorpions or flowers. I picked it up at my local Hobby Store for about $15. It comes it two parts: the resin and the catalyst. If you’re making a cast, test it out on some scrap bits and pieces to make sure your ratios are correct.
Usenet Not Safe Anymore?
Being introduced to usenet several months ago made me realize that this is the biggest and fastest file distribution on the net. Seriously, i’ve known bittorent since it’s first introduced and i think usenet better than torrent thing. We usenet downloader used to think that it is safe to download anything of the newsgroup without being sued by MPAA but now it’s a different story. I personally think it’s gonna take some time for MPAA to crack newsgroup(i don’t know since it’s the oldest way of sharing stuff). If for whatever reason newsgroup falls there’s always chat room. happy downloading everybody..

Early Riser Anybody?
Ever wonder why you can’t get up on time. This blog provides you with guides on how to become an early riser and from what i’ve read it is not that hard.
The most common wrong strategy is this: You assume that if you’re going to get up earlier, you’d better go to bed earlier. So you figure out how much sleep you’re getting now, and then just shift everything back a few hours. If you now sleep from midnight to 8am, you figure you’ll go to bed at 10pm and get up at 6am instead. Sounds very reasonable, but it will usually fail.
